A study of the role of transformational leadership in change management through a field study

Transformational leadership is one of the most important factors affecting organizational changes. Transformational leadership plays a vital role in the methods used to manage change. In this study, the impact of transformational leadership on employees in change management was examined. The research was conducted on 145 employees of a bank operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The transformational leadership and change management levels of employees are determined by metrics. When the results obtained are analyzed, it is seen that the sub-dimensions of inspirational motivation and individual support have no statistically significant effect on change management, while the idealized effect and encourage intellectual have a statistically significant impact on change management.
