Abstract (EN)

Object of the project; If the traction force going through the wheels of the land vehicle is poor in challenging road conditions; the use of the vehicle as 4x4, activating the designed transfer case and bringing traction to the vehicle. In this study , land vehicle transfer case is designed as the original in that gear, shaft design and motion transmission. The vibrations of the gearbox in the body are investigated in this thesis.Parametric evaluation of the vibrations to be formed in the body by analyzing the different forces of the frequencies coming to the bearings is shown.Because if the gearbox is assembled and attached to the body, the real situation will occur. The vibration speeds (mm / s) determined by the vibration measuring devices should then be evaluated on the basis of the speed and power criteria according to ISO 2372. For shafts and sprockets, lifetime calculations at maximum stresses were carried out according to the accumulative (cumulative) damage condition with the concept of reliability in accordance with the operating conditions in the field. The calculations are based on the WOHLER diagram and the Palmgren-Miner equations. In this thesis, the situation of the radial and torsional vibrations of all the shafts are investigated according to the resonance zone.According to the results obtained, it is practically explained how the size of the design elements in the reinforcement gear box is appropriate, and how the system should be in operating conditions in an inappropriate region.
