Data were collected from these fields by means of interviews. In addition, the academicians from the education faculties were interviewed. The data gathered from the interviews were analysed and compared with the findings of the interviews with the academicians. The points where the teachers, students and academicians became similar and became different were analysed as meaningful points. This study has two major results. The first result of this study is the need to programme drama as a compulsory course in education faculties. Participation in drama process leads to personel development and this is the second major result of this study.
