Abstract (EN)
This study has been prepared to determine if there is a significant reltionship between Emotional Intelligence's dimensions and Job Performance in terms of tourist guides. And to determine the level of emotional intelligence and job performance of tourist gudes. Population of the study is composed of tourit guides that working in east and southwest regions. At the last section data that gethered from primary sources and this was analized via SPSS. In consequence of the study the level of EI and JP of tourist guides has been determined. In general tourist guides have high EI. There is a low relationship between EI and JP.
