Abstract (EN)
Research has been carried out on leadership and leadership issues for many years. As a result of these researches, new theories about various aspects of leadership practices are revealed. The leader's servant leadership feature is also a new conceptualized form of leadership. Servant leadership is thought to be the opposite of the usual leadership agreement, a model of leadership that serves and supports the leader, not followers. In this context, research is carried out on factors that affect servant leadership, and emotional intelligence is one of these factors. Emotional intelligence is the ability of a person to be able to define, use, manage and know what their emotions mean. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence on servant leadership. In the study, the survey method was preferred as a data collection method. The survey, which includes 26 servants leadership and 16 emotional intelligence questions out of a total of 200 people, including team leaders, managers and managers. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that communication between the servant leader with emotional intelligence characteristics with his employees was positive and moderately effective. It has been found that leaders with high-quality characteristics of emotional intelligence have higher serviced leadership qualities. In general, it can be said that the effect of emotional intelligence on servant leadership is at a significant level.
