Abstract (EN)

Today, due to the widespread use of internet, information and communication technologies, many companies have started to carry their transactions such as buying and selling, marketing, promotion and promotion to the virtual environment. Countries and companies that have a superior position in international markets draw attention as the segments that use digital technology most intensively. Electronic commerce gains strategic importance in economic development and national welfare as the use of computers and the Internet increases proportionally in all areas of society's daily life, and as developments are made in the processing, transmission and storage of information, written and digital texts in the virtual environment. The realization of rapid and big moves in industry and technology; companies have enabled them to offer products of different qualities, prices, standards and qualities to the market with each passing day. All these developments have not only facilitated the fulfillment of human needs, but also caused the social life, needs and problems to reach different dimensions and scopes. Therefore, some grievances of people such as quality, price, health, safety, warranty, technical service in the goods and services offered to the market have also increased. These problems have revealed the necessity of protecting the consumer and the importance of consumer rights.
