Abstract (EN)
Mamluks, considered to be one of the greatest states in the history of Islam, witnessed and contributed to developments not only in the political and military fields, but also in almost every field. At that time, the cities of Cairo and Damascus were both emigrated and accepted as the refuge of many scholars. In this context, valuable scholars and valuable works have emerged in the sense of mysticism in that geography. In the field of Sufism, sects such as şâzeliye, kadiriyye, desûkiye settled and continued their activities actively. The subject of this study is the Egyptian mystic, poet, jurist, kurra, muhaddis, mufassir, mutakellim Ebu'l-Hasen es-Sıddîkî al-Bekri, who was born in this colorful mosaic and also reveals the mystical identity of that geography, who wrote works. In this respect, it is important for Sufi Bekri to see both the understanding of Sufism at that time and the perspective of science. Bekri, who wrote works at that time, is the focus of this study, both his scientific position and the scientific position of the ulama he trained and passed the rahle-i education. Although some of Bekri's works have survived, unfortunately we have not been able to reach most of them. His works are valuable and worth examining in terms of both being a lighthouse that illuminates that period and being the bearer of the Islamic oil lamp. In the introduction part of the study, information is given about the political, scientific and social environment as a portrait of Bekri's geography. In the first part, Bekri's life and the works he wrote were emphasized, and in the second part, Bekri's interpretation of mysticism terms was pointed out and evaluations were made by giving place to the determinations and interpretations of these concepts, whose procedure was accepted as ashare.
