Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, the transformation parameters used to evaluate the cadastral pads created by classical measurement methods in the past in Kahramanmaraş province, central districts, together with the developing technology, were examined. As a result of the examination, it was seen that there is no current point in the south and east direction of the city in the calculation of the transformation parameters already used in Kahramanmaraş province. As a result of the consultation, static GNSS sessions were performed with a minimum of 4 hours in 7 points and the coordinates of these points in ITRF96 2005.00 were determined. With the addition of 4 points in current use with these points, a set of parameters calculated from 11 points was created and these parameters were tested using two-dimensional similarity and affinity conversion methods. Distance differences were tested through approved points with known coordinates of ED50 and ITRF96 used in cadastral studies. In the parameter set used in the current, the distance differences are reduced to 38 centimeters and the newly created parameter set is reduced to 16 centimeters. However, these differences are stil not enough to prevent the property-based social problems brought about by urban life. It is predicted that the conversion parameter set with higher position accuracy will be possible with the use of a larger number of points with homogeneous geographical distribution.
