According to the results of the analysis, the values of nutritional elements and nutritional problems of the samples were evaluated by comparing the values with the limit values. According to the results, the contents of the leaf samples N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn content of 1,15 % - 4,27 %, 0,11 % - 0,68 %; 0,74 % - 5,04 %; 0,05 % - 0,63 %; 0,06 % - 0,30 %; 0 - 18 mg/kg; 0 - 29 mg/kg; 1 - 190 mg/kg and 11 - 618 mg/kg, respectively. Leaf of 96 % of these values were Zn, 96 % of Fe, 68 % of Cu, 32 % Mg, 24 % P, 24 % Ca, 12 % K, 12 % Mn and 4 % of N deficiency. On the other hand, 48 % K, 36 N, 20 % P, 20 % Mn and 4 % high Zn level. Keywords: Edirne, macro nutrient elements, micro nutrient elements, wheat, leaf analysis. 2019, 29 pages
