With teachers who graduated from the faculty of education, faculty of education, graduates, non-teachers do differ from the perceptions of the profession?

In order to properly fulfill the role required knowledge, skills and attitudes, which refers to having the level of competence is of vital importance to the employees of all the organizations, although for teachers who work in educational organizations, this is even more important. This importance stems from the nature of the product and committed to education. Because of the person entry basic educational organizations, and people is the most valuable source in the world. This study is the perceptions of the teachers ' profession, graduated from the Faculty of Education, Faculty of Education, graduates, non-teachers according to the perception of the profession, for the purpose of comparison have been made. The work I have done as a result of the education of teachers who are graduates of the Faculty of self-sufficiency and job satisfaction was found to be higher levels as compared to those who graduated from other faculties. Specialized teaching is a profession and must be exercised as a result of specific training.
