The importance of educational improvement in terms of performance management systems and a research

In the globalizing world, it is seen that the companies that are pioneer to change and innovation increase their profits. Inthe time when knowledge is really essential, the importance of respect and education given to human beings, the fact that human resources fund pays attention to the education, and its orientation to the competitive environment, and the importance of education and development over the companies are analysed in this dissertation. In the context of this dissertation, the evaluation of the effects on the performance of education and development given in the companies in terms of Human Resources; moreover the positive and negative sides of education and development are analysed, as well. In the first part of this dissertation, the aims of education and development are studied in detail; the second part includes the importance and aim of education, setting a target and the effect on performance in terms of Human Resources. In the third and last part, the survey including the effectiveness of education and effect on career are discussed.
