Investigation of the relationship between leadership characteristics and emotional intellience of administrators working at educational intitutions

The main purporse of this study is to determine the relationship between qualities of managarial instituions and the emotional intelligence of managers and the relationship between them and age, gender, professional experince, seniority in management and number oof personnel working in the institution. The sample of the study was composed of 200 principles and deputy principals working at kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and high school located in Trabzon. 29 participants were female and 171 participants were male in the sample.
