The search sample includes educational directors working in institutions from all grades and all types accross Uşak province and its counties between the educational year of 2017 and 2018. The resulting data has been assessed and interpreted in terms of frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetical average (x) and standard deviation (ss). T-test and one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) tests have been employed so as to investigate the possible differences between demographic variables and the evaluation of the criteria. The implications of the research shows that school directors circle " mostly agree " option on the whole with the average of x̄=3,43. On the basis of the terms of the questionnaire, when the findings are analyzed, there happens to be a meaningful difference with regard to branch and age , whereas in terms of gender and seniority, there exist no meaningful difference. When it comes to professional satisfaction, the point turns out to be x = 3,56, a high level for directors. Intrinsic satisfaction average of all the sub-dimensions is at high level ( x = 3,66 ) . Extrinsic satisfaction average is also at high level ( x = 3,47 ) . In addition, there comes no meaningful difference as to gender, branch, age and seniority. As for the relationship between acceptance level and professional satisfaction level, there is a meaningful, positive and low level connection. That is, the more the acceptance level rises, the more general satisfaction level does, too.
