Cancer cytogenetics, cancer research is to identify specific chromosome abnormalities, especially in primary and secondary changes and determination.Passaged provided more, experimental Ehrlich ascites tumor?s Increased aggressiveness have been reported in the studies. However, no studies have been performed on the molecular mechanism of this condition. In this study, Ehrlich ascites was passeged totaly 20 times by injected to mice from first day to end of the study. It was observed to have different numbers of chromosomes from 19 to 31 of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells. Ehrlich ascites cells contain different number of chromosomes changing from 19 to 31 of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells and was photographed chromosomes. Although, Ehrlich ascites cells was not shown logaritmic increasing, mitotic index rates in Ehrlich ascites cells was increased up to 50%.In conclusion, as Ehrlich ascites tumor chromosomes number and mitotic index of Ehrlich ascites tumor cells was not shown logaritmic increasing.
