Abstract (EN)

Many supply chain planning models are known. In this thesis, two different problems are considered for the supplier-distributor (SD) model. The first of these problems is the fixed charge transportation problem (FCTP). In this problem, a fixed charge is required in addition to the unit cost for each product transported. The goal is to perform the shipping process at the lowest possible cost. In the thesis, two different heuristic algorithms have been developed to find an initial feasible solution and optimal solution of FCTP, the results of the algorithms have been compared with the results of the existing evolutionary algorithms for FCTP, and it has been seen that the proposed algorithms have obtained results closer to the optimal value. The second problem addressed in this thesis is the fully fuzzy transportation problem (FFTP). In this problem, all the input data are expressed with fuzzy numbers given in the parametric form. In the thesis, a new heuristic algorithm has been developed to find the optimal solution to the problem. This algorithm has been compared with other existing algorithms by the numerical examples.
