The absolute (mutlaq) and the qualified (muqayyed) in el-Kashshaf explanation

The Quran, which is the main source of Islam, hâs been the bedside research book of Muslims and especially Islamic scholars in every field from its revelation to the present day. Due to its importance, hundreds of commentaries, thousands of theses and articles have naturally been written throughout history on our unique book, which hâs been studied and copyrighted in every field, every issue, every sura, every verse, every word, and even every letter. In each study, some subjects were examined more heavily, and each scholar or school examined the aspect of the Qur'an that fell within their field of expertise from their own perspective. These unique researches, which can be based on the century of bliss in history, have laid the groundwork for the formation of different disciplines, again triggered by the flow of history and needs. As a matter of fact, since the early years of Islam, I'câzu'l-Kur'ân, Mütesâbihu'l-Kur'ân, Kasasu'l-Kur'ân, under the main title of Qur'anic Sciences (Ulûmu'l-Kur'ân) Subjects such as Müşkilu'l-Qur'an have been studied and each of them hâs become a branch of science. Again, in order to understand the Qur'an correctly, his method works have been written in which it hâs been examined from almost every aspect, such as ıtlak-takyîd, umum-husus, mucmel-mubeyyan, muhkem-muteshabih. While some scholars have incorporated such procedural issues into their commentary, some have written separate works on these subjects. In this thesis, Zemahşerî's approach to the subject of "Absolute-Mukayyed in the Qur'an", which is a method subject, in his tafsir "al-Keşşâf" hâs been examined. While doing this, it hâs been tried to determine the approach of Zamakhshari to Mutlak-Mukayyed in terms of Fiqh Method and Tafsir Method rather than in terms of lexical or rhetorical. For this reason, the subject of absolute and reciprocal in terms of language and rhetoric hâs not been entered. Since the subject of the study is a common issue of the methods of Fiqh and Tafsir, the resources of both disciplines have been benefited from. In the study, firstly, information was given about the exegete Zemahşeri and the el-Keşşâf commentary, which was given with its main lines. Afterwards, the subject of absolute-mukayyed in Tafsir and Fiqh Method was discussed. In Zemahî's tafsir called al-Keşşâf, which is the subject to be said about this subject, it is aimed to put the texts that are examined under the title of absolute-mukayyed in his works. For this, take care to examine one of his issues by including sub-headings related to his main title.
