Abstract (EN)
Cement production requires large amounts of energy and has a major role in environmental pollution and emissions of greenhouse gas. Reducing the consumption of cement is one of the ways to keep the environment. On the other hand, the iron and steel industry produce major waste industrial material (slag, which floats on the surface of the molten steel) which can be dangerous for the environment. The use of these wastes in the concrete sector ensures that saves energy of cement production and eliminates the negative effects of the waste materials. We are going to use C 30/37 come along with Verity present of slag (%0, %15, %30, %45, and %60) and %1.3 chemical additive materials, then we will compare our experiments with a conventional concert. The effect of all these waste as additive materials in cement production were investigated on cement quality. The analysis of concrete with EAF slags should be accordance fresh and hardened concrete standards (Türkish standards, too). We hope to improve and increase the early strength of concrete that made with this additive and waste materials to be more resistance than conventional concrete. Accordingly, the additives in this paper can be used in the production of cement.
