Abstract (EN)

In this study, nanofibre yarns were produced by electrospinning method by using two different polymers as PAN and PVDF-HFP at different collector-injector distances (5, 12, 14, 16, 18 cm). In addition, the effect of collector material was analyzed by using steel and aluminum collectors. The effect of collector-yarn guide distance was analyzed by using aluminum collector for PAN nanofiber yarns. Also, wet heat treatment was applied to some nanofiber yarns under tension and its effect on yarn properties was investigated. For all yarns produced in this study, the effect of different parameters has been analyzed in terms of fiber fineness, yarn fineness, yarn strength and breaking elongation properties. When the results obtained are examined, it is seen that the PVDF-HFP nanofiber yarns are finer and have higher strength. Similarly, the electrospun nanofiber yarns produced by using aluminum collector are finer and have higher strength compare to the nanofiber yarns produced by steel collector.
