Abstract (EN)

In this study, a sensor was developed for ZEN determination. The materials and surfaces used in the creation of the sensor were characterized with various techniques (ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, SEM, CV, XPS). Au/4-MP film was formed on the gold crystal surface by diazonium reduction method and AuNPs were modified on it. It was optimized by binding antiZEN aptamer to AuNPs on the crystal surface. A ZEN determination method was developed on the prepared Au/4-MP-AuNP-antiZEN sensor with the QCM technique in the working range of 1-250 ng/mL. The equation of the obtained line was found to be y=0.2579logx+0.2953. The limit of detection (LOD) of the method was determined as 0.1 ng/mL. In addition, the precision and accuracy values of the sensor were investigated, and the interference effect on ZEN with types such as OTA, OTB and AFB1 was determined. The developed aptamer-based QCM sensor was successfully applied for ZEN determination in real samples such as wheat and corn.
