Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, electronic commerce and electronic contracts are explained in general, the establishment and form of electronic contracts are also emphasised. In this research, legal of electronic contracts, concepts and its establishment methods were examined. Electronic signature has been also discussed in detail. The obligation to inform the consumer within the scope of consumer protection, which is a part to the electronic consumer contract, and the right of withdrawal, which is a right within the scope of consumer protection, have been explained. Our research has been prepared by examining and in the scape of following; by The Turkish Code of Obligation Law No.6098, Consumer Protection Law No.6502, Distance Contracts Regulation Law No:29188.
