The job satisfaction levels of liberal studies teachers working in industrial vocational school and an application

An individual?s attitude against their job rises to the surface, either in a positive or negative way. The job satisfaction of the employees has been defined as ?an individual?s positive state of mind resulting from their work experiences?. The negative attitude or approach of an employee against their job creates job dissatisfaction. Job satisfaction is the emotional outcome of the evaluations of an employee concerning their job and job experiences. In education communities, the job satisfaction of liberal studies teachers working in Industrial Vocational Schools is an issue of increasing curiosity, as well. Industrial Vocational Schools are vocational schools established in order to sophisticate students at high school level as far as technical skills are concerned. The interest of the students in vocational schools, whose major aim is to achieve vocational training, to liberal studies are relatively lower. Moreover, the problems related to administration and educational system affect the job satisfaction of liberal studies teachers.
