Abstract (EN)

At every stage of life, it is observed that not only employees but all people use technology and gradually evolve into a more technological lifestyle. A kind of dependency arising from the use of technology has started to appear in all segments of the society, from housewives to working women, from students to managers. It is assumed that this new type of technology addiction changes with personality traits. Therefore, personality traits and technology addiction were included in the study. Technological transformation has gradually brought the industrial structure face to face with the concept of Industry 4.0. From this perspective, the concept of Industry 4.0 has been added to the thesis study. In the last part of the thesis, the application of the questionnaire with the scales of the variables studied in the literature through easy sampling and the statistical analysis of the data obtained with this application are included. As a result, based on the research findings, the research hypotheses were tested with the structural equation model and the relationships between the research variables were revealed.
