Abstract (EN)
Personnel Attendance Control Systems are generally used in industrial facilities for recording the starting and finishing of working times of personnel. The recorded data are commonly used for employee attendance status, overtime, shift status and salary calculation. This system has two main components: data acquisiton devices and personnel attendance control program. However, the location of the personnels in the facility and the time they spend on the job are not known in current systems. This thesis focuses on the autonomous monitoring and reporting of the periods spent by the personnel and developing a mapping, tracking and authorization system in the inside of the facilities. For this purpose; HM-11 is used as BLE module and BLE 4.0 module in Raspberry Pi 3 B + is used as sensor antenna. Raspberry Pi B + is connected to the network through the internal wireless network adapter. Data was sent to MSSQL Server with the help of web services written in ASP Classic. The interface program is written in C # in the Visual Studio 2017 Development environment. Online mapping created in the database can be used for detecting of personnel location on the map with the help of SQL. With the help of web services, reports can be accessed from mobile or personal computers. By using the reports obtained with the developed system, it can be followed up rapidly by reporting which personnel spend how much time in which area. With the method, it is shown that the work performances of the personnel working in the facility can be calculated more effectively and accurately.
