In terms of industrial democracy the role of suggestion systems

Democracy, the form of democracy in business life: industrial democracy, the proposal systems that allows employees to be contacted with industrial democracy. In this study, the question of how the democracy which should not be separated from the people can find itself in the business life where man is the main actor has been researched. At the national level, the production sectors and factories are the life blood of the economies. A non-producing country becomes foreign-dependent. The power of production sector is important in order to continue of the development process of our country in exponentially order and to be able to reach to the top ranks in the race for contemporary civilization. The aim of this study is top resent an example by presenting a scientific study on the functioning of suggestion systems and its contribution to productivity in order to increase the productivity of our factories which play a leading role of production sector in our country. In this context, the benefits and practical ways of seeing humans as human beings have been studied, in order to use the human resource –the most valuable input of the production process- as efficiently as possible.
