Abstract (EN)
DURSUN, Özgür, Mechanical Bracelet Development for the Formation of Complex Geometries in Injection Molds, Graduate Thesis, Istanbul, 2017 The project theme is to develop a mechanical bracelet so that inverted forms can be formed in the injection molds, allowing the producers to produce with low investment costs. Particularly, production of seasonings is done with injection molds. Because producers do seasonal production, they do not want to make heavy mold investments. These products related to the subject can be produced with low investment costs. As an alternative to the existing systems in the system we have developed, the same products have been produced with lower investment costs. In order to form the angles that can not be formed in the injection molds, it is to form this form with an external external mechanical core. At present, the cost of the systems needed to produce these products can be reduced by 70%
