Abstract (EN)

This thesis, were researched our country registration for the control of mosquito larvae two biocidal products containing bacteria with three local isolates isolated from Turkey Culiseta longiareolata (Macquart) (Diptera: Culicidae) effects on the larvae and the use of local isolates. C. longiareolata eggs collected from the province of Muğla were grown in the climate rooms at the Ege University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Plant Protection under laboratory conditions, at a temperature of 27±1°C and a humidity of 70±5% and photoperiod of 12:12 hours. In the experiments made with the late third C. longiareolata larvae, were studied doses of VectoLex WDG (Bacillus sphaericus) and VectoBac 12 AS (Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis) field doses, semi and quarter of field doses with was provided Professor Dr. Recep Kotan (Atatürk University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Plant Protection, Erzurum) doses of one local isolate containing B. sphaericus and two local isolates containing Bacillus thuringiensis var. kenyae between % 1-10. As a result, both commercial preparations field doses and half of the field doses % 100 effective in C. longiareolata and local isolates containing B. sphaericus were found to be recommended dose and at lower doses C. longiareolata against % 100 effective under laboratory conditions. Keywords: Culiseta longiareolata, Bacillus sphaericus, Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis, Bacillus thuringiensis var. kenyae, larvicide.
