الشيخ عبد الكرمي الدابن التكرييت ومكانته يف التفسري

This thesis aims to determine the place of Sheikh Abd al-Karim al-Dabban al-Tikriti, one of the leading scholars of Iraq, in the science of tafsir. His interpretation of some verses of the Qur'an shows his mastery in the science of tafsir. Sheikh al-Dabban preferred to use the books of narration and prudence as a source. He had his own unique views and judgments in tafsir. The research consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The introduction and scholarly biography of Sheikh Abdulkarim Al-Dabban, then his efforts in tafsir and his approach to it, and his leading sources in tafsir are discussed. His attitude towards other commentators and examples of Tafsir are given.
