Conflict management approaches of teachers who work in primary schools in Yenikent education region in Eskişehir

In this research; determining the conflict management approaches of teachers who work in secondary schools in Yenikent Education Region in Eskişehir and whether these approaches are different in their personal characters or not were intended.Research patterned on survey model; 224 teachers in 12 secondary schools in Yenikent Education Region in Eskişehir city center in 2007-2008 academic year spring semester, available data was gotten from the universe?s %81,08 percent.The data related to the purpose of research was gathered from ?Conflict Management Approaches Scale? 2 chapter and totally 60 section developed by Holton and Holton (1993) and adapted by Karip (1999).
