Abstract (EN)

A soft set is defined as a parameterization of some subsets of a set. Many soft algebraic structures are also defined as a parameterization of some substructure of the relevant algebraic structure, in the spirit of soft set theory. However, the concept of topology is defined as a set of subsets of a set with certain properties. In this context, the definitions of soft topology in the literature appear as spesific examples of topology and do not contain the spirit of soft set theory. Soft topology is defined as a parameterization of some subspaces of a topological space, in the spirit of soft set theory. Then, in a soft topological space, the basic concepts such as open soft set, closed soft set, interior, closure, soft derivative set etc. of a soft set are given and their basic properties are studied. In this thesis, using the elements of the given space, the concept of soft neighborhood of a point and its variations are defined and its basic properties are examined. Keywords: Topology, Soft Sets, Soft Topological Space, Inside of Soft Set, Closure of Soft Set, Neighborhood of Soft Set
