The administrative impact of ethical leadership on teachers

The purpose of this research is to reveal the relationship between ethical leadership and managerial skills of teachers. This research handles and evaluates administrative impact of ethical leadership on teachers with using screening model. Population of the research is constituted by the teachers working at state schools in 2014-2015 academic year in Akçaabat (1500 teachers), Beşikdüzü (330 teachers) and Ortahisar (3891 teachers) districts in Trabzon. In this research, "Ethical Leadership Scale" was used to determine the level of ethical leadership of school administrators and "Organizational Trust Scale" was used to determine the level of organizational trust of schools. SPSS 22.0 software package was used to analysis of the data obtained from "Ethical leadership Scale" and "Organizational Trust Scale" applied to the teachers in the sample group. T-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis was used to resolution of the data acquired. Key words: Leadership, Ethics, Ethical Leadership, Managerial Impact.
