Ethical leadership behaviors are emerging as an important factor in reducing the perception of violation of psychological contracts, in increasing the number of organizational identities and in attaining the aims of organizations. Encouraging employees, creating a suitable environment for the emergence of employees' creativity, by establishing the rules correctly of the hotel, effective implementation of decisions taken at the hotel by the leader are ethical leadership behaviors that can affect employees' perceptions. Ethical leadership behaviors are a balancing act for psychological contract violation which resulting from perceiving employee that the organization does not fully fulfill its obligations under the psychological contract and in terms of organizational identification which is defined as the employee's perception of itself as a whole organization and employee's under taking the success or failure of the organization. In this study, it was aimed to determine the effect of ethical leadership perception on the psychological contract violation and organizational identification in tourism sector. For this purpose, 390 employees who is working in five-star accommodation establishments in Antalya were reached through a questionnaire. T-test, ANOVA and regression analysis was performed by using the data obtained from the questionnaire. As a result of these analyzes, the violation of the psychological contract can be explained by four independent variables which are communicative ethic, climatical ethic, ethic in organizational decision making and behavioral ethic. In addition, psychological contract violation is affected statistically significant by the dimensions of ethical leadership. According to this result, an increase in employees' perceptions of communicative ethic, climatical ethic, ethic in organizational decision making and behavioral ethic is decreasing on psychological contract violation. At the same time, organizational identification can be explained by four independent variables which are communicative ethic, climatical ethic, ethic in organizational decision making and behavioral ethic. Also organizational identification is affected statistically significant by the dimensions of ethical leadership. According to this result, an increase in employees' perceptions of communicative ethic, climatical ethic, ethic in organizational decision making and behavioral ethic is increasing on organizational identification.
