Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of interactive activities implemented in companies and the sharing of these activities on social media on employees and the company itself. In this context, the study investigates employees' opinions about the interactive activities carried out within the company, their views on sharing these activities through social media, and their thoughts on how these practices affect both themselves and the organization. The research was conducted using a phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research methods. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 20 employees working at a branch of Decathlon Sports Stores in İzmir. The collected data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings reveal that interactive activities organized in companies are appreciated by employees, ensure a high level of participation, and have positive effects on both employees and the company. In addition, it was found that the sharing of these activities on social media is also appreciated by employees; they follow and engage with these posts, feel proud and happy to share them, and this positive attitude reflects favorably on the company. However, it was also determined that in order to achieve the desired benefits from such shares, attention should be paid to individual rights, employee consent, and equality. Consequently, it was concluded that to maximize the benefits of both interactive activities organized in companies and their sharing on social media, employees' demands and suggestions regarding these practices should be taken into consideration.
