Abstract (EN)
Although air pollution is a hot topic around the world, fossil fuels are one of the most important reasons for this situation. Natural gas is preferred by some countries, especially in terms of gas cooktops, because it is cheaper than electricity prices. Emission values of preferred gas cooktop negatively affect human health. Gas cooktops used in homes cause waste end-of-combustion gases as a result of the combustion of gas and it is emitted inside the house. Therefore, if a small improvement is made in the efficiency of gas cooktops or in the emission rate of waste pollutants, it will have a large positive impact on global natural gas use or global air pollution. In this study, the comparison of gas hobs, radiant hobs and induction hobs in terms of efficiency and emission values and to determine the effect of the test results applied in this comparison on human health and air pollution. In addition, the computerized analysis of the emission test on the gas cooktop with the FLOEFD program was examined and compared. It is a guiding work to reduce energy consumption due to the development of technology every day.
