Evaluation of the effectiveness of insulin resistance enzyme and some biochemical variables among obese people in Salah Al-Din governorate

The current study was designed for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the insulin-resistant enzyme c-peptide and some other biochemical activities for a group of obese people from Salah El-Din Governorate. Thirty people aged from twenty-five to fifty-five years were selected, twenty of whom suffer from obesity. The patients were divided into two groups, a group aged between twenty-five to thirty-five and a group aged thirty-six to fifty-five, blood samples were drawn from these people and the height of each person was written with The amount of weight and after conducting laboratory tests for these samples, it was found that obesity is a major cause that affects the values of the test for the enzyme resistant enzyme c-peptide, insulin, cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides and very low-density protein, where a clear difference appeared between the laboratory tests of obese people and the control subjects of obesity PV < 0.05. Also, it was found that age has an effect on some biochemical activities, and the values of these tests increase with the increase in age. The results were recorded. In the laboratory, some reasons were mentioned that may affect the increase or decrease of these examinations.
