Examinations of variables that predict marital satisfaction in married individuals

The relation between the person and societys on of the main dynamics which complete each other. To have a healthy society it is important for the society to be comprised with people who know the awaneness of their own gender and have a sound communication and interaction with people improved themselves. For the society to be in a healthy mechanism it presents a big importance for the family relationship which is the main unit of the society, to be on a strong construction. Today, the increase in the rate of divançe makes it necessary to revise in the marriage based family relationship. Because the family, the smallest building block of the society. Is in relationship with other social associations. Dissatisfaction in marriage or other many reasons which effect the adaptation can cause the unhappiness of the person and deterionate the social construction. There are studies which indicate many variables effecting the persons marriage satisfaction. The variables in this study are the variables the affect the person directly such as conection patterns, sexual satisfaction, social role of gender, being pleased with the gender he/she has the pesonality of the married, partners. Physical, psychologic and psyhiartric, troubles, the perspective of world, religious, cultural and individual differences, besides the variables the affect the person indirectly at the point of with their partners. These variables one of the effectof the place they live in to social life, the number of children they have, the state of havivg children, income and education level, the accupations of the partners. being the marriage the first of following, the duration of marriage, the typeof marriage, the disparity of age of partners In this study, we have especially abservedwhetherthe style of connection, the adaptationof social rolesof gender, the satisfactionin sexual life, gender, the type of marriage, having children, the perspective of marriage, the equality and sharing in marrige have on effect on satisfactionin marriage or not. İn this way, with the results of the hypothesis that distrustful connection, traditional social roles, the negative patterns experienced in marriage and sexual life problems effect the satisfaction in marriage. It is aimed to aneble the researches on recoveryof the problems experienced in marriage and its negative results on the people's social and psychologic life. In our research, we have studied with married people that are between 18 and 65 years old, equalized in terms of gender and live in İstanbul. The participants have been chosen by random sample and paid attention for them to be in everysectionof society. The participants have been delivered socia-demoğraphic forms and scales and their illuminated approval has been receivedand they are provided to participate in our studies voluntarily. İn own research the most strinkg paint about our participants wastheir not havingheart answer the questions about sexuality. According to us, the reason of their unwillingness to answer these questions is the indicatorof not having broken of the taboos about sexuality yet. With the direction of these studies, our esearch has been finalized by searching the literature and scanning the aspect that support our studyor not.
