Abstract (EN)
Photopolymerization process is a widely process that used in industrial fields especially. Photopolymerization reactions are converting reactions which is converting liquid to solid and photoinitiators are the most important component in this reactions. Photochemical curing reaction through the thiol natural rubber, a new approach is used for the removal of harmful substances process. Cross-linking reactions; includes UV light excitation of the selected photoinitiator; which reacts thiol-ene join allows the formation of thio-ether bonds. The process is not only provide convenience to the formation of photochemical curing but also a well-structured method in the industry. One component II. type 2-Mercaptothioxanthone (TX-SH) which has an effective photoinitiator feature and TX-SH 's single-component nature allow both triplet photo sensitizers and to be used as hydrogen donor. Therefore TX-SH does not need any auxiliary initiator to initiate the reaction. The mechanism of polymerization photoinitiator starting with this basic state pass into triplets 3TX-SH* by TX-SH stimulated by light, with rising energy through their creation with the H radical thiyl intake and then formed by joining monomers and α-fragmentation are not affected because they suffer the negative effects of oxygen. In this study, single componented II.type 2-Mercaptothioxanthone which is a photoinitiator examining the impact on curing NR latex, compared with binary photoinitiator systems. Binary photoinitiator systems were performed formulation of thioxanthone of thiophenol, 1,2benzenedithiole and trimethylolpropane tris (3-mercaptopropionate) auxiliary initiators. Thiol radicals that generated by the TX-SH photoinitiator mechanism of the effect of the NR latex photo-curing, were analyzed by using a time-based effects of FTIR spectroscopy in photo curing method. The mechanical properties of the films obtained photo-curing was evaluated by uniaxial stress-strain test.
