Abstract (EN)

Fish, a valuable food source, has been consumed since the existence of human beings. This demand for fish reveals the increase in aquaculture and the fact that fish should be fed correctly and in a balanced manner. Taking into account the aquatic life and hunting behavior of fish, producing feed in accordance with the required criteria so that fish can reach the feed more easily and quickly will ensure that the fish benefit more from the feed and that the sea water is less polluted. According to the fish's feed intake criteria, feeds are produced in floating, slow sinking and sinking feed criteria. In this study, during the production of slow sinking and sinking grower feeds produced for the fattening period in sea bream and sea bass feeding in an extruder fish feed production facility, the Expansion Control System (ECS) integrated into the extruder production system was used to increase the pressure in a certain pressure range (0 -1.0 - 1.2 - 1.4 - 1.6 bar) determination of mass density of the feeds produced, diameter-length measurements, endurance test, swimming test determination, sinking speed test, water absorption index (WAI). Criteria such as determination of water solubility index (WSI), determination of water stability (WS) were measured. According to the data obtained, suitable parameters and feed forms were determined for the production of slow sinking and sinking feed suitable for the feeding conditions of sea bream and sea bass fish. As a result, the physical properties and behavioral data of sea bream and sea bass fish food produced at 5 different pressure levels have been revealed.
