Abstract (EN)

This study, rapid prototyping machines for the planned production of the device used to detect the effects of the production time and cost includes a review of the comparative. Intended to be within the scope of the study; the device is effective in the selection criteria, taking into account a model is chosen. Selected models were built in different rapid prototyping manufacturing and construction phases of the device used in the possession of devices with different operating techniques commonly used in industry have been sure. This rapid prototyping techniques; selective laser sintering, glue binding the dust, fused deposition modeling, and stereolioraphy techniques are stockpiling. Production process; preparatory processes prior to construction, construction and construction phase of the process are then divided into three main sections. Observations made in each section and review the time and cost-effective production of the elements were measured to determine the time. Models obtained in the production process in terms of production time and cost effective analysis was carried out comparative findings. As a result, the shortest production time and cost adhesives that exhibit technical longest production time while connecting with dust and the highest costs shows the stereoliography technique has been cured with light. Technical differences between the working principles and production time and cost impact of this difference is being interpreted in comparison, produced outside of maintainability evaluation is made recommendations for selection of suitable devices are found. In this study, rapid prototype production devices in the planned production, the decision for selection of suitable devices that may increase the accuracy of the information was presented to industry data.
