Abstract (EN)
In Islamic jurisprudence, the relationship between muqallid and mujtahid was al-taqlid al-mutlaq in the first three centuries AH, meaning to act with the view of a different mujtahid on each issue, but with the completion of the formation of the sects and the formation of a systematic guise, it became al-taqlid al-shahsi, which means adherence to a sect. Although the muqallid's conscious or unconscious opposition to their sect provided them with many conveniences, this situation led to some dilemmas in their relations with their sect and caused differences of opinion among the jurists. This thesis deals with the question of whether it is permissible to act in accordance with the views of a different sect, the confused concepts, the views of the scholars who give positive or negative permissions regarding intiqal, and the problems that arise from intiqal, and Abdul Aziz al-Bukhari's approach to the subject.
