Comparison of nutrition and exercise status of high school students studying in different programs

This research will be conducted to determine and compare the nutrition, exercise and obesity status of students studying in high schools with different programs. With this study, information will be obtained about the nutrition, exercise and obesity status of high school students studying in different programs, as well as the relationship between nutrition and exercise on obesity and its effects on prevention. In general, regular nutrition and exercise are of great importance in terms of maintaining a healthy life as well as increasing the quality of life. Healthy nutrition and regular exercise habits to be gained especially in adolescence and early youth will positively affect both the future lives of individuals and will be of great importance in the formation of healthy societies. Regular exercise and healthy nutrition habits will minimize the risk of individuals getting diseases and will also positively affect the physical fitness elements of individuals. For these reasons, individuals need to gain regular exercise and healthy nutrition habits at an early age. Especially today, sedentary life, inadequacy of game and sports areas and technology addiction brought by the digital age cause children to have unhealthy nutrition and not be able to exercise regularly. In line with this information, this study will be conducted to determine the obesity status of high school students with the same level of education but studying in different programs, as well as to compare their nutrition and exercise status.
