Abstract (EN)
This research was conducted in Tekirdağ province, Şarköy district, Eriklice village at farmers' land, for two years between 2020-2022, to determine the changes in some morphological and chemical characteristics of Ateş ve Töre fodder pea varieties depending on time and above-ground biomass, in anhydrous conditions, according to a randomized block design with 3 replications. The plant height (cm), branch number (pcs), number of leaves at main stem (pcs), leaf/stem ratio, above ground biomass (mg), crude protein ratio (%), crude cellulose (%), NDF (%), ADF (%), calcium (%), magnesium (%), phosphorus (%), potassium (%) and tetany rate were determined in fodder pea varieties. According to the results, it was concluded that fodder pea can provide balanced feed for animals in terms of crude protein ratio, crude fiber ratio, NDF, ADF and mineral content (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium ratios) and tetany ratio, and these results can be explained by regression equations.
