Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to determine genetic diversity among genotypes and population structure by using Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS) in common bean (Phaseolus Vulgaris L.) . In this study, x173 different genotypes from different regions of World were used. This is the first usage of GBS in common bean. We scored 1500 SNP's by using GBS method. Population structure was determined using STRUCTURE software and mainly three groups (K=3) were identified among 173 common bean genotypes. PIC value was determined as 0,2 . Overall Andean and Mezoamerican gene pools were succesfuly distinguish the population structure of common bean.
