Abstract (EN)
m-Health is a technological mobile health solutions. It is a growing sector field of health applications. It provides rational and technology-focused solutions to both the patient and the health care group to deal with the difficulties facing the sector. It has become an important area in the healthcare sector with the increasing use of healthcare services. m-Health improves the efficiency of the service provided during diagnosis and treatment processes. Especially, with using planned follow-up m-Health systems, all kinds of health parameters of patients and the progress of diseases are transferred as a digital data. A dead baby in the womb also threatens maternal health and the mother continues to experience anxiety and fear during a healthy pregnancy. Early intervention is important for maternal and infant health in an emergency situation. All these reasons and statistical results reveal the need for a Doppler device which is suitable for using at home and integrated with mobile devices and m-Health services. In this way, the system can help the mother candidates to obtain instant health data and follow the standard pregnancy follow-up and evaluation processes remotely while following pregnancy, both mother and fetus. In general, the Non-Stress Test (NST) device, which provides maternal and infant health parameters in the pregnancy process, is a common device used in the hospital environment so that individuals can be followed up in a healthy way. The widespread using of NST devices still remains in the hospital environment. However, while it is possible for such health services to be offered to pregnant women without going to the hospital, the mobile technology has not been able to be introduced into the normal life, or has not become widespread due to the insufficiency of existing equivalent products. For this reason, the development and production prototype of a Mobile Integrated Doppler (m-Doppler) device updated with today's technology has been explained in this study with the support of Industrial Thesis (IND-THESIS) program. The details of the design and operation of the device are described in the thesis. With the developed mDoppler device, fetal instantaneous medical data were collected in the home environment and transferred from the mobile environment to the hospital database. This device has facilitated remote data transfer to patients' doctors. When the doctor decides on his or her patient, it helps with some statistical data depending on the instantaneous medical data collected.
