Abstract (EN)

Innovation is defined as the generation, development and implementation of new ideas and their transformation into value. It is vital for businesses to innovate in all their processes in order to survive and grow in today's competitive environment. In order to innovate, the ideas of all stakeholders (suppliers, customers, etc.), especially employees, who are an important source of ideas, should be collected. At this point, idea suggestion systems used in the process of collecting and evaluating the ideas of all stakeholders come into play. However, in order to benefit from these systems to the maximum extent, they must be designed in an easy-to-use, simple and functional way. In this study, it is aimed to use the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy Quality Function Deployment approach integrated with the Pythagorean fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, which significantly eliminates uncertainties and uses Pythagorean fuzzy sets, in order to design easy-to-use, simple and functional idea suggestion systems, which are an indispensable element of innovation systems. In the study, firstly, the importance weights of customer requests in the idea suggestion system, which were determined in line with the literature and the opinions of the businesses, were determined by the PF-AHP method. Then, these importance weights were used in the IVPF-QFD method to obtain the importance ranking of the technical requirements that will meet customer demands. According to the results obtained from the study, the most important feature that customers demand from idea suggestion systems is "the ability to be integrated into other applications (HR, ERP, etc.) in accordance with the company's existing system and technology infrastructure", while "user management" is the most critical element in terms of technical requirements. has been determined. Since the study is the first to use Pythagorean fuzzy sets in designing idea suggestion systems, it is aimed to be a guide for researchers and businesses who want to use these systems.
