Abstract (EN)

Intellectual and artistic works were intended to be also protected by criminal cases in addition to law cases and in this way, more severe sanctions are regulated for the people who violated the rights on the intellectual and artistic works. The protection of intellectual and artistic works is targeted with regulation of the crimes of infringement of moral, financial and related rights. There are many acts which constitute violation of moral, financial and related rights in the provision of article which is regulated the crimes of infringement of moral, financial and related rights, and the difference of these acts are not certain, so interpretations differ greatly on the issue of these acts. The differences of opinion occur about whether these acts regulated as different crimes. The legal value which is protected by the crimes of infirngement of moral, financial and related rights has a great importance. The protection of intellectual and artistic works gets difficult because of technological advancements and violation of rights on these works becomes simple, for this reason the determination of the crimes about intellectual and artistic works is very important.
