The proposal for identification of the deficiencies related to artificial intelligence technology on intellectual property rights legislation, and amendments for its improvements

As we are more and more subjected to the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Robotics through the media, and AI takes a more prominent place in our daily lives it becomes vital to consider, explore and make recommendations on the legal aspects of the issue. Specifically, we need to emphasize shortcomings of legislations regarding intellectual and industrial property ownership. Considering that AI application and robots are able to write poetry, invent new products, paint, create music and learn, speak or even create new languages it becomes more crucial to consider current legislations. It is the subject of this study to research, to explore and to reveal the relevance of ownership and responsibility related issues under existing law.
