Abstract (EN)

The main purpose of this work is to investigate the physical, structural, electrical and thermal properties of Co(PPh 3 ) 2 Cl 2 ve Ni(PPh 3 ) 2 Cl 2 metal complexes. The crystal structures and the grain structures of samples have been obtained by XRD analysis and SEM analysis. By the virtue of the electrical conductivity the semiconducting behaviour of the samples have been found above the definite temperature. The mass losses depending on the temperature were analysed by taking Thermal Gravimeter (TG) measurements. In addition, thermal conductivity, spesific heat capacity and thermal diffusivity of materials were determined by DSC. Keywords: Metalic Complexes, Activation Energy, Thermal Conductivity, Spesific Heat Capacity, Thermal Diffusivity
