Abstract (EN)

Due to the rapid development of technologies, increasing efficiency in new generation photovoltaic systems, reducing costs and, consequently, satisfying energy needs, interest in using photovoltaic systems has increased. Modeling methods are widely used in the design of autonomous power systems based on solar cells, as well as to solve problems that arise during their operation in the system, and to understand the physical mechanism of events. In this thesis, the value of the power of the solar cell and the capacity of the battery were determined from the simulation model to ensure the power balance needed in an autonomous power supply system.A high-speed inverter voltage regulator has been designed to provide accurate voltage stabilization over a wide range of loads and temperatures with a low coefficient of non-linear distortion. The parameters of the inverter transformer were calculated and modeled taking into account the nonlinear and hysteretic properties of the core of the power transformer.Taking into account the functions of the coil in the oscillatory circuit, the structure of the inverter transformer is investigated and a mathematical model is developed for a solar cell with maximum power and efficiency taking into account radiation and ambient temperature.
