Abstract (EN)

It is known that human communities are seeking cooperation at various levels among themselves and creating different organizations from the day they were present on the earth to today. The cooperation models emerging when looking at the historical process were created sometimes for the purpose of solving the problems encountered by people and states and sometimes for the realization of several ideals or special cooperation fields. Two examples of the only one of its kind cooperations of international organizations established for these special cooperation fields are The International Organisation of La Francophonie and Turkic Council. In this study, by accepting "civilization" and "post-colonialism" as a analysis unit, what kind of cooperation styles are presented by the experiences of "The International Organisation of La Francophonie" and "The Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States: Turkic Council" and in which ways these models create difference were investigated. Both the Francophonie's and the Turkic Council's experiences have not been analyzed at doctoral level at any academic study up to now. In this respect, this dissertation also aims to make a modest contribution to the field.
