Comparative analysis between super league and Premier league for the incorporation model of football clubs

In the past years football has been a form of change that has been shaped by the involvement of those who seek to obtain rent from it, as well as those who only love, support and perform it. This necessitates the careful evaluation of the financial side of football as well as the sporty face. At the beginning of these examples, England, with its Premier League structure established in 1992, has become the management system that evaluates the commercial dimension of football as perhaps the most qualified in the world. The success of the Premier League example can be assessed in a very positive way, as well as football management practices that have failed worldwide, need to change, and various studies have been carried out in this regard. As one of them is Turkey, who are experiencing difficulties in the management of football for many years, especially in terms of financial management of football clubs located shortage caused undergo a demanding process in terms of the management. The aim of this thesis study is to examine what the management of football is and how it is shaped by the transformation of football in the financial sense. In studies in which the subjects being studied to address the financial and legal aspects and on behalf of the topics examined in detail by the example of the Premier League in Turkey Super Lig samples are compared in Turkey. The study also refers to the financial transformation of football together with literature review. This transformation is considered from a legal point of view as well as various examples of the subject are given internationally. In the final part of the study, the Premier League sample is compared with the Super Lig and a SWOT analysis of this comparison is carried out.
